Wonderful service and great food! Their pesto on crepes is scrumptious.
Love the Laguna Crepe.Friendly staff, sweet Estela
First time at this location I tried the Morro Sandwich and the Nacimiento crepe. One word DELICIOUS!!!
Best crepes I've tasted I love it will def be returning
Huge salad and lovely crepes!
This place has been my number one place to eat since they opened and if you want to feel welcome like grandmas home with delicious food then look no further. Ask for the strawberry lemonade that is made in house.
This place was delicious. I love savory crepes and these were amazing.
I love this place! The owner is very sweet and I always have leftovers.. Not a fan of the banana soup but hubby ate both his and mine and wants the recipe - seriously I can't rave enough about this place.
Love the ginger lemonade and homemade ranch.
Crepes were hige and filling and best african banana soup ever! Loved it!
Creative, unique dishes that were well-executed.
Fantastic food! Friendly service, a wonderful experience!
Delicious food. Great price. Great service.
Excellent food, ingredients taste fresh. Savory crepes come with roasted potatoes, and soup or salad. An especially good place for lunch if you want to be politely full but avoid a heavy meal. Service is very good. I was introduced by a co-worker on a lunch break, I was so impressed I took my significant other the following day. Ordered smoked salmon crepe both times, if you like lox I would highly recommend trying it. If you haven't been it's definitely worth checking out, I didn't expect what I got. It's understandable why this place has been around for so long.
A bit off the beaten path and tucked away in a small shopping center. But definitely worth going out of your way for. I've tried all the vegetarian options. All fresh and delicious. We made this our weekly 'date night' spot.
Busy place
Nice lunch spot. We had a crepe and a sandwich. Unusual assortment of crepes. Nice homemade sodas.
A favorite!
Always worth a visit. Try the banana soup!
Fantastic i loved the banana soup
One of the best places to eat in SLO, highly recommend to anyone.
Had the African Banana soup - great soup!
Really good food. Specials are almost always worth ordering. You are nuts if you don't get a dessert crepe--I recommend the Santa Margarita!
Delicious food, pleasant service. I LOVE their African Banana Soup.
Great, cozy cafe with best crepes. The sweet crepes are served with a whipped creme/vanilla ice cream topping. Absolutely delicious! We tried also savory crepes- outstanding👍Really nice place
Crepes for days...My Favorite The Salinas
Never a miss with Le Ciel, I have eaten there at busy times and slow times and the service has always been great. The cuisine is hard to beat, you can get creative or choose from some great crepes they make (fun names too). A "comfy" dinner spot.
Sweet owner & staff Great savory & sweet crepes!!
Was good my salmon crepe was a little over salt
Good food and nice people
Party of 7 arrives 20 minutes before closing, nice quick service super friendly, awesome Crepes will return when in the area! Made it out by closing time!
Food and service is great! Prices are reasonable. It is a favorite for a lunch or quiet dinner date
I ordered the daily special and it was delicious! It was a savory crepe with chicken, spinach, pesto and topped with Alfredo sauce. I only gave 4 stars because the side salad was only mixed greens and the rosemary potatoes weren't very flavourful. Otherwise, the waitress was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back to try a sweet crepe!
Always love it here. Great service and great food! Santa Margarita is the way to go!
Tasty crepes that are well filled and delicious. Banana soup was excellent!
Good place for lunch. Great and interesting soups. The African Banana, while it sounds strange is delightful.
Good food and reasonably priced.
Great food, decent price, and quick and friendly service.
Quaint little place that has great crepes. My kids favorite part is picking which salt and pepper shakers to use. They have a huge selection. So fun
The service here was good! However, the rest of the experience was not. As soon as we walked up, my boyfriend did not want to sit inside since it smelled bad, so we sat outside. When ordering, the waitress asked him if he wanted a taste of the lemon curry soup that came with his meal. That was different, but he said no, he just wanted the soup. She called it "a bold move." Once the food arrived, he tried the soup, as did I, and it was terrible. She should have just been honest and recommended the salad. I ordered the Santa Margarita crepe. The ice cream had freezer burn, as ice was scattered throughout it. The strawberries were also not fresh, as some of them were mushy. In the other crepe, the carmelized onions were cold and had kalamata olives in it, which was not stated on the menu. I also ordered a bagel and it was barely toasted with way too much cream cheese on top (I would have preferred to receive a serving of cream cheese and put it on myself, like most places do).
We've been going here for years. The food is good, and they have always been accommodating with substitutions for gluten-sensitivities.
Very good place
Le Ciel is tucked in a small strip mall off of broad Street. Despite a very unassuming outside, this is such a good spot! I don't know of anywhere else that has the same sort of menu. The food is made to order, fresh, and delicious. The crepes are great, the soup is excellent, and I love the salads. Bonus points for friendly staff. Love this place!
Love this place! Yummy crepes and friendly vibe! Family owned and operated. A great find.
Good food friendly good price. I recommend it
This is the greatest little place to eat in SLO. My wife and I go here regularly to enjoy the savory crepes prepared by the sweetest owner. We highly recommend going here!
Really good crepes, and a fun collection of salt & pepper shakers (LOTS)
The best crepes good food
Fridays are their banana soup days. I always get their special and only once long ago was I disappointed, due to a lot of mustard. Their savory crepes are great, but don't forget their dessert ones. They're even better.
This tucked away cafe is SLO's best kept secret. Never usually a wait, the staff is friendly and attentive. The crepes are fantastic. My favorite is the Edna Valley, a crepe with tofu, mushrooms, spinach and tomato. The potatoes are tender and delicious and add a needed heft to the meal and I highly recommend the banana soup. The sweet crepes are equally amazing--how can you go wrong with Nutella and fresh strawberries?
